At Bestway Gujarat, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is required. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By purchasing from www.bestwaygujarat.com, you agree to comply with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages sustained during transit.

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect.
  • It arrived damaged or defective due to shipping.
  • It is unused and in its original packaging.

A. Items NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.
  • Any item without its original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
  • Products reported for return after 7 days of delivery.
  • Any item that falls under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.

2. Warranty-Based Returns

We offer warranties on specific products:

  • 1-year warranty on Filters and Machine items.
  • Manufacturing defects warranty on pools, liners, covers, etc., which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting images/videos of the defect.

For warranty-related returns, email bgsupport@mqube.in with your order details and photos/videos of the defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email bgsupport@mqube.in or call 9664522268 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product images/videos, and reason for return.
  3. Approval Process: Our team will review your request and notify you within 2-4 business days.
  4. Return Shipment: If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
    • In some cases, we may arrange for pickup from your location.
    • For self-return, pack the product securely to prevent transit damage.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund/exchange if eligible.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned product is inspected.

A. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method:

  • Online payments (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards): Refund credited to the same payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund processed via bank transfer (you will be required to provide account details).

B. Deductions & Fees

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong order, change of mind), a restocking fee may be deducted.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

6. Cancellations

A. Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at bgsupport@mqube.in.
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge.

B. Cancelling an Order After Shipment

  • If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery.
  • Once the product is returned, we will process the refund minus shipping charges.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet our policy conditions will be rejected.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging of returned items.
