  • Customers must verify the package upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

Returns & Warranty Policy

  • Returns: Only accepted for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.

  • Warranty Coverage:

    • 1-year warranty on Filters and Machine items.

    • Manufacturing defects warranty on pool items, liners, covers, etc., provided the defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

  • All disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction.
